ANKARA-SIVAS HIGH SPEED RAIL PROJECT
Ankara-Sivas High Speed Railway, which is one of the few private railway lines designed in accordance with the speed of 330 km per hour in the world, will reduce the travel time from 12 hours to 2 hours, between the capital Ankara and Sivas province, which is one of the key points of our history.
Ankara-Sivas High Speed Railway, whose construction continues non-stop, will be in service in 2020. The speed of the high-speed trains designed specifically for this project has been determined as an average of 330 km / h.
High Speed Train services will be organized by Turkish State Railways, which will be a total of 405 km long, double track, with electricity and signals. The project will be extended to Kars and connected to Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Railway.
Ulusoy Railway Systems Inc.’s overhead line equipments are used in Ankara-Sivas High Speed Railway which is Turkey’s one of the largest transportation project.
