ULUSOY ELEKTRÄ°K A.Åž. was founded in 1985 by Sait ULUSOY as an engineering company.
When the year of 1992, Ulusoy Elektrik has been awarded one of the first 50 companies with quality certificates ISO in TURKEY.
It has become one of the leading players in the Turkish electromechanical industry with its ideal solutions for medium voltage electricity distribution networks and industrial facilities in a short time.

With more than 700 qualified employees and more than 100 senior engineer, design of products, development and R&D activities were accomplished within its own structure
Ulusoy Elektrik has launched export. Ulusoy Elektrik products, which are in high demand abroad, have been able to pass the tests performed in European countries, Asian countries, Iraq and African countries with superior performance.

With the export potential to more than 70 countries on 4 continents, Ulusoy Railway Systems achieved successfully the product launch in the medium voltage power distribution equipment in the whole world.

Our products, which are accepted all over the world, have been appreciated by the Algerian electricity administration officials, and as a result of the negotiations, Ulusoy Elektrik has produced with technology transfer in Algeria.
Ulusoy Elektrik A.Åž. took its place among the TOP 500 INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES in TURKEY.
As a result of advertent works of our R & D department, Railway Overhead Line Equipments that are 100% Turkish engineering outputs were manufactured in Turkey.Thus, Turkey, where Catenary Systems products have been imported for years, has gained more quality products at an affordable price.
2014
As of November 2014, Ulusoy Elektrik became a public company traded on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
Accomplished major projects, production capacity and industrial achievements strengthened its place among THE TOP 500 INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES in TURKEY.
2017
Ulusoy Elektrik, which is known more and more all over the world, has started the operations in a new production facility in Indonesia Cikarang Organized Industrial Zone.
It continues its activities in Ankara ASO 1st Organized Industrial Zone, Temelli Anadolu Organized Industrial Zone and Indonesia Cikarang Organized Industrial Zone in 3 production facilities with a total area of ​​83,000 square meters and indoor area of ​​56,000 square meters.
In addition, Ulusoy Elektrik A.Åž. has been awarded as one of the TOP 500 INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES in TURKEY.

Ulusoy Elektrik A.Åž. has been declared as one of the TOP 500 INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES in TURKEY.
Eaton, a power management company with 2018 sales of $21.6 billion, completed the acquisition of a controlling interest in Ulusoy Elektrik as of April 15, 2019. Eaton has approximately 99,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.
ULUSOY RAILWAY SYSTEMS is established.
ULUSOY RAILWAY SYSTEMS continues the production of Railway Overhead Line Equipments, started in 2013 ASO 1st Organized Industrial Zone in Ankara, in its new facility.
